Dear self

Don't forget to be compassionate for you're self, this world can be exhausting for one reason or another. It's okay to step back and take breaks if needed. Here are some things to keep in mind when you're feeling lost.

  3. knowing you're human
  4. You are perfectly imperfect they way you are
  5. You have the power to define who you are and want to be
  6. Love you're self in the past, present and future
  7. Listen closely to what you are feeling and saying
  8. Hold you're hand as you would to ones that are closes to you
  9. Trust in what you are
  10. Lastly, but not least enjoy the gifts of life
